2. What SnapVerbo is (and is not)
- SnapVerbo is an educational tool to help you understand and remember real-world text in different languages.
- SnapVerbo does not provide legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.
- Translations, explanations, and OCR results may contain errors. You are responsible for how you use the information.
3. Acceptable use
By using SnapVerbo or this website, you agree that you will:
- Use the app and site only for lawful purposes.
- Not attempt to break, overload, or abuse the service.
- Not use SnapVerbo to violate the rights or privacy of others.
If you misuse the app or site, access may be limited or terminated.
4. Accounts and data
Some versions of SnapVerbo may allow you to create an account or store data (for example saved vocabulary, flashcards, or sync data).
- You are responsible for keeping your device secure and for any activity that occurs under your account.
- You can usually delete your account or data from inside the app; see the in-app settings and the privacy policy for details.

You remain responsible for any third-party content you capture or process with SnapVerbo (for example screenshots of apps, websites, or media). Respect copyright and terms of service of the sources you capture.
7. No guarantee of results
Language learning depends on many factors, including your effort, prior knowledge, and context.
- SnapVerbo is provided as-is, without any guarantee that it will make you fluent or meet a specific learning goal.
- OCR and translation technologies are imperfect and may misread or mistranslate text.
You should not rely on SnapVerbo where exact accuracy is critical (for example legal contracts, medical instructions, or safety-critical information).
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- SnapVerbo and its developer are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including lost data, lost profits, or learning outcomes) arising from your use of the app or this website.
- Direct liability, if any, is limited to the amount you actually paid for SnapVerbo (if anything) in the 12 months before the issue.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those places, this limitation applies only to the extent allowed by local law.

Any disputes should first be raised informally via the in-app Settings Contact & feedback path or the website contact form. If a formal process is necessary, it will generally be handled in the courts located in New Jersey, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your country.
11. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time as SnapVerbo evolves.
- The effective date will be updated when significant changes are made.
- If changes materially affect your rights or obligations, SnapVerbo will aim to communicate them via the app or this website.
If you continue using SnapVerbo after changes take effect, that will be treated as acceptance of the updated terms.
